Can I try Pro features before paying?
The editor, every template, every store size and every language are on the free plan. Pro lifts the project and export limits and adds machine translation.
How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, monthly or yearly. You can change or cancel from the subscription page in the app at any time.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
They stay in your account. You can still open and export them within the free plan limits.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of a Pro charge; see the refund policy page linked in the footer.
